Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any
time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and
drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day
come upon you unawares.
35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell
on the face of the whole earth.
36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may
be accounted worthy to escape all these things that
shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
T’was the night before Yahshua came and all through the house Not a creature was praying, not one in the house. Their Scriptures were laid on the shelf without care In hopes that Yahshua would not come there. The children were dressing to crawl into bed, Not once ever kneeling or bowing a head. And mom in her rocker with baby on her lap Was watching the late show while I took a nap. When out of the East there arose such a clatter. I sprung to my feet to see what was the matter. Away to the window I flew like a flash Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash! When what to my wondering eyes should appear But angels proclaiming that Yahshua was here. With a light like the sun sending forth a bright ray I knew in a moment this must be the Day!
Mark 13:29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see
these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even
at the doors.
30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not
pass, till all these things be done.
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words
shall not pass away.
32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no,
not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son,
but the Father.
33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not
when the time is.
34 For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey,
who left his house, and gave authority to his servants,
and to every man his work, and commanded the porter
to watch.
35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master
of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the
cockcrowing, or in the morning:
36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
The light of His face made me cover my head, It was Yeshua, returning just like He had said. And though I possessed worldly wisdom and wealth, I cried when I saw Him in spite of myself. In the book of Life, which He held in His hand, Was written the name of every saved man. He spoke not a word as He searched for my name, When He said “it’s not here”, my head hung in shame. The people whose name had been written with love, He gathered to take to His Father above. With those who were ready, He rose without a sound While all the rest were left standing around. I fell to my knees, but it was too late, I had waited too long, and this sealed my fate. I stood and I cried as they rose out of sight, Oh, if only I had been ready tonight. In the words of this poem, the meaning is clear, The coming of Yahshua is drawing near. There’s only one life and when comes the call, We’ll find that the Scripture was true after all!! If you know the Truth you will become the Truth
